Ordering & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days. Standard shipping runs 3 to 4 business days in transit and Economy runs 5 to 8. In practice, most US orders arrive within 14 days of ordering, and many arrive noticeably sooner. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How much is shipping?

US shipping is free on orders of $75 and over. Below that, Economy starts at $4.90 and Standard at $6.90, shown at checkout before you pay. International rates are calculated at checkout for your address.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel ships. It can take 24 to 48 hours for tracking to show its first scan, which is normal. If tracking has not updated for seven days, contact us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?

Some items ship directly from different warehouses. If your order contains items from more than one, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days, each with its own tracking number. There is no extra charge for this.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

30 days from the day you receive your item, in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging. Start a return by emailing us with your order number. Full details in our Refund Policy.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, personal care and beauty devices that touch the skin cannot be returned once opened and used, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

My item arrived damaged. What now?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will replace it or refund you in full.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Products

Are your devices safe to use at home?

Our devices are consumer-grade versions of established salon technologies, designed for at-home use. Always read the included instructions before first use, and consult your doctor first if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have an implanted medical device.

How often should I use an LED mask or microcurrent device?

Most routines land around 10 to 15 minutes a day, a few times a week, but follow the guide included with your specific device. Consistency over weeks matters more than any single session. Our Glow Journal covers routines in depth.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed over encrypted connections; we never see or store your full card details.
